ENACT Kicks Off NYC Cyber Bullying Summit
ENACT was honored to kick off the New York City Cyber Bullying Summit on July 18th, at The Times Center, hosted by New York City Council Speaker Christine C. Quinn. ENACT Debuts “My First Day”
In response to growing demand for ENACT’s auditorium performances, and the rise of disturbing bullying-related incidents in the media, ENACT developed a new interactive play, entitled “My First Day,” for students in grades K-5. “My First Day” focuses on decision-making and communication skills as tools to deal with a bully. The performance follows a young girl on her first day in a new school. Students in the audience are asked for help to guide her as she deals with the class bully. Read more » |
