Diana Feldman, ENACT's founder and executive director, is a board-certified drama therapist who has developed uniquely effective practices and programs in her 20 years of experience working with youth.

Her pioneering approach harnesses the power of good theater and draws upon the most effective pedagogy and counseling practices to help participants gain insights, consider consequences, and rehearse communication skills.

ENACT's work has proven effective with even the most highly resistant and acting-out students. The research-based methodology involves continual assessment and response to the needs of each particular group.
